1:1 Gymnastics Sessions
Our 1:1 Gymnastics Sessions offer personalised, coach-led training for children and adults. Perfect for those struggling to join group classes, building confidence, refining skills, or progressing toward personal goals. Sessions focus on technique, strength, and enjoyment, allowing participants to develop at their own pace in a supportive, focused environment.
Weekly Classes
We offer a range of weekly classes for all ages, including Pre-School, Recreational (Beginner & Advanced), Home-Schooling, Open Toddler, and Soft Play. Children explore equipment, develop balance, coordination, strength, and confidence, and enjoy fun, engaging sessions that build foundational skills, independence, and a love of movement and the sport we love so much here at Wolds.
Schools Sports Provision
We offer a comprehensive gymnastics and multi-skills program for schools, providing structured sessions that support both children and staff. Our services include CPD training for teachers, PPA cover, afterschool clubs, and lunchtime sessions, all designed to follow Ofsted-recommended progression while developing coordination, strength, confidence, and teamwork.
Each session is carefully planned to align with skill development and learning objectives, giving schools a flexible, safe, and fun way to enhance physical education. Whether running multi-skills activities or focused gymnastics sessions, our programs encourage participation, builds confidence, and inspires a lifelong love of movement.
