At Wolds Gymnastics Club, We want to ensure your child is safe when with us.

If you have any safeguarding or welfare concerns you wish to raise with us please contact one of our following welfare officers you can see below.

You can either email or call direct using the buttons/links below or print and complete a form and leave in our letter box by the office door.

How to make a complaint to:

 

Wolds Gymnastics Club

 

  • Speak to the coach in charge -we understand this can be difficult so please reach out via email: admin@woldsgymnasticsclub.co.uk or text our gym phone 07508236480.

  • Please include child’s name, session day and time and as much detail as possible e.g. dates of occurrence, times, other people/members involved, location of the issue.

British Gymnastics Club

 

  • All complaints should be made in writing either by emailing customersupport@british-gymnastics.org or using our Contact Us support form on the British Gymnastics website. Any complaints received elsewhere by British Gymnastics Staff should be forwarded to the Complaints Resolutions Officer as soon as is practicable.

  • Complaints received via telephone may be treated as a formal complaint at the discretion of the relevant staff member. The complainant will be informed of this and the policy and procedures here will apply.

  • Those who require assistance to make a complaint can request this through the British Gymnastics Customer Support Team on 0345 129 7129. The Customer Support Team can also be reached via email or using www.british gymnastics.org

  •  Any complaints relating to the performance or conduct of British Gymnastics staff should be directed to the HR department at hr@british gymnastics.org

  • When raising a complaint with British Gymnastics, the following information is required;

  • The complainant’s name

  • The complainant’s British Gymnastics Membership Number (if applicable)

  • The nature and details of the complaint (including as much detail as possible, for example dates of occurrence, times, other people/members involved, location of the issue.
