A Fantastic Day of Gymnastics at Our In-House Squad & Development Competition!

On 11th July, our gym was buzzing with excitement as we hosted our In-House Squad & Development Gymnastics Competition. It was a fantastic day filled with confidence, determination, and incredible performances from all of our squad and development gymnasts.
From polished routines to newly mastered skills, every gymnast should be proud of what they achieved. The support from fellow gymnasts, coaches, and families created an amazing atmosphere, making it a memorable day for everyone involved. We would like to say a huge well done to all of our competitors for their hard work and dedication. We loved seeing so much talent and progress on display!

Our U8 Level 10 Girls made a fantastic start to the competition, performing with confidence and showcasing all of their hard work in training.
Liv had an incredible competition, becoming Overall Champion after taking 1st on Vault, Beam, and Floor, as well as 2nd on Bars. Lacey finished as Overall Runner-Up, earning 3rd on Vault and Bars and 2nd on Beam and Floor. Elodie claimed 3rd Overall, alongside 3rd on Vault and Beam and 2nd on Floor, while Elba also had a brilliant day, taking 1st on Bars and 3rd on Floor.
Next up were our U8 Level 9 Girls, who impressed the judges with strong performances across all four apparatus.
Erica was crowned Overall Champion, taking 1st on Vault, Bars, and Beam, as well as 2nd on Floor. Jessica finished as Overall Runner-Up, earning 2nd on Vault, Bars, and Beam, before producing an excellent floor routine to take 1st place.
The U10 & U12 Level 9 competition saw some fantastic gymnastics, with the girls delivering confident routines throughout the day.
Lucia was crowned Overall Champion, adding to her success with 3rd on Vault, 2nd on Bars, 1st on Beam, and 2nd on Floor. Frankie finished 2nd Overall, taking 1st on Vault, 3rd on Bars, 3rd on Beam, and 1st on Floor, while Lillieand Sophia both achieved 3rd Overall. Lillie also earned 3rd on Vault, 1st on Bars, and 2nd on Beam, while Sophia claimed 1st on Vault, 1st on Bars, 2nd on Beam, and 1st on Floor.
Hollie also secured 2nd on Vault, 2nd on Beam, and 3rd on Floor. Chloe earned 2nd on Vault, 3rd on Bars, 3rd on Beam, and 2nd on Floor, while Rosie took 2nd on Vault, 2nd on Bars, 1st on Beam, and 3rd on Floor.
Our Level 8 Girls continued the high standard of the competition with some excellent routines and impressive performances.
Francesca was crowned Overall Champion, taking 1st on Vault and Bars, 2nd on Beam, and 3rd on Floor. Alicefinished 2nd Overall, adding 2nd on Bars and 1st on both Beam and Floor to her fantastic results, while Connieclaimed 3rd Overall, earning 2nd on Vault, 3rd on Bars and Beam, and 2nd on Floor.
There were also excellent performances from the rest of the group. Diana took 2nd on Vault, 3rd on Bars, and 1st on Beam and Floor. Annabelle secured 1st on Vault, 2nd on Bars, 3rd on Beam, and 3rd on Floor, while Myah earned 3rd on Vault, 1st on Bars, 2nd on Beam, and 2nd on Floor.

There were more fantastic results to celebrate in Level 7, where the girls demonstrated confidence and consistency across every apparatus.
Georgie was crowned Overall Champion, taking 3rd on Vault, 2nd on Bars, and 1st on both Beam and Floor. Bonnie finished 2nd Overall, earning 3rd on Vault, 2nd on Bars, and 1st on Beam and Floor, while Freya claimed 3rd Overall, alongside 2nd on Vault, 1st on Bars, 2nd on Beam, and 3rd on Floor.
Lillie also had a fantastic competition, taking 1st on Vault and Bars, as well as 2nd on Beam and Floor. Poppy earned 1st on Vault, 3rd on Bars and Beam, and 2nd on Floor, while Layla secured 2nd on Vault and 3rd on Bars, Beam, and Floor.
In Level 6, both gymnasts produced confident and polished performances across all four pieces.
Molly was crowned Overall Champion, taking 2nd on Vault and Bars, alongside 1st on Beam and Floor. Martha finished 2nd Overall, earning 1st on Vault and Bars, as well as 2nd on Beam and Floor.
Our Level 5 Girls rounded off their competition with two excellent all-round performances.
Olivia was crowned Overall Champion, taking 1st on Vault, Bars, and Beam, alongside 2nd on Floor. Bonnie finished 2nd Overall, earning 2nd on Vault, Bars, and Beam, before taking 1st on Floor.
Competing in Level 4, both gymnasts produced some lovely routines and achieved fantastic results.
Katie was crowned Overall Champion, taking 1st place on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor after an outstanding all-round performance. Lydia finished 2nd Overall, earning 2nd place on Bars, Beam, and Floor with confident routines throughout.
The final girls competition of the day saw Freyja produce an exceptional all-round performance.
She was crowned Overall Champion and completed a clean sweep of the competition by taking 1st place on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. It was a fantastic way to round off an incredible day of gymnastics.

Our boys also put on a fantastic display of gymnastics throughout the day, showing great strength, control, and confidence across all six apparatus. It was brilliant to see the progress they have made in training rewarded with some outstanding performances and results.
The Level 9 Boys kicked things off with some excellent routines across all six apparatus.
Jesse was crowned Overall Champion, taking 1st on Floor, Pommel, and Parallel Bars, alongside 2nd on Rings, Vault, and High Bar. Austin finished 2nd Overall, earning 2nd on Floor, Pommel, and Parallel Bars, while taking 1st on Rings, Vault, and High Bar. Bowen claimed 3rd Overall, taking 3rd place on Floor, Pommel, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar.
Onto the Level 8 Boys who continued the strong performances with some fantastic gymnastics across all six pieces.
Sviatoslav was crowned Overall Champion, taking 1st on Floor and Rings, 2nd on Pommel and Parallel Bars, and 3rd on High Bar. Cooper finished 2nd Overall, earning 2nd on Floor, 3rd on Rings, and 1st on Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar. Ollie claimed 3rd Overall, alongside 3rd on Floor, 1st on Pommel, and 2nd on Rings.
There were also some great individual performances from the rest of the group. Finley earned 2nd on Floor, Parallel Bars, and High Bar, Odin took 2nd on Vault and 3rd on Parallel Bars, while Lucas secured 3rd on Pommel and 3rd on Vault.
Competing in Level 7, Henry produced a great performance to become Overall Champion, taking 1st place on Floor, Pommel, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar. An outstanding achievement and a fantastic competition for Henry.
Our Level 6 Boys delivered two excellent all-round performances.
Harry was crowned Overall Champion, taking 1st on Floor, Pommel, Rings, Vault, and High Bar, alongside 2nd on Parallel Bars. James finished 2nd Overall, earning 2nd on Floor, Pommel, Rings, Vault, and High Bar, before taking 1st on Parallel Bars.
The Level 5 Boys rounded off the boys’ competition with two fantastic performances.
Will was crowned Overall Champion, taking 1st on Floor, Pommel, Rings, Parallel Bars, and High Bar, alongside 2nd on Vault. Freddie finished 2nd Overall, earning 2nd on Floor, Pommel, Rings, Parallel Bars, and High Bar, while taking 1st on Vault.
A huge congratulations to every gymnast who took part in our In-House Squad & Development Competition. From our youngest gymnasts taking to the competition floor with confidence to our more experienced squad members showcasing their skills, every gymnast should be incredibly proud of what they achieved.
A special thank you goes to all of our coaches for their hard work and support in preparing the gymnasts, as well as to our judges, volunteers, and the many parents and families who helped create such a positive and encouraging atmosphere throughout the day. Your support played a huge part in making the competition such a success.
We are incredibly proud of every gymnast and all they have accomplished. We can’t wait to see everyone continue to develop their skills and confidence as they work towards their next competition. Well done, everyone!
