GENERAL GYMNASTICS

Our boys general classes are highly thought of in the local community, supporting children of all ages from 4 up to 18! Every child who walks through the door is greeted with a smile and the freedom to develop their fundamental moments to a standard that leaves them ready for any sport or to progress further in their gymnastics path.

In the classes the boys will get the chance to train on all of the pieces of equipment, from the sprung floor to the rings! Even the bars!
